Ben is a Parabroker at THL Finance Partners, bringing over six years of sales leadership experience within the agribusiness sector. Prior to joining THL, he managed key grower relationships across Queensland, overseeing large-scale client portfolios and complex commercial operations.

His background has given him a strong understanding of cash flow, risk management, and long-term planning – skills he now applies to structuring tailored lending solutions for families and business owners.

Ben takes a practical, strategic approach to finance, helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence. Outside of work, he is an ultra-distance runner and proud father of three, valuing discipline, resilience, and balance in both life and business.
