Full-Time Receptionist

Responsibilities:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Your duties will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Assisting clients with inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and organised.
  • Supporting the administrative team with various tasks as needed.

Loan Collectors

Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to arrange debt payments.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and terms.
  • Maintain records of loan collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Financial Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Manage financial records.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
